

Managing the strategic direction of the Practice, leading the Finance and Business Support Teams

Diane joined Bell Cornwell in 2012 as our Financial Controller and has been a Partner at Bell Cornwell since 2018, she is based in the Hampshire office. Under her leadership the Practice has gone from strength to strength.
Responsibilities
Diane is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of business strategies and leads the Business Support team including IT, Marketing, Administration, Compliance and HR as well as leading the Finance Team and the financial operations of the Practice.
Experience
Whilst working in the healthcare industry Diane qualified as a certified accountant. Since being with Bell Cornwell Diane has also gone on to receive a qualification in Personnel and Development. She is well versed in installing new systems, drawing upon previous experience where she worked for large corporations and helped with start-up subsidiaries.
Highlights
Professionalising so many processes alongside mentoring staff to help them achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of Diane’s role. She enjoys being part of the day to day running of a busy planning consultancy and getting involved in the detail, as well as overseeing the growth of the Practice. Since working with such a talented team, Diane understands and values the depth of knowledge consultancy requires. She enjoys watching innovated solutions unfold and witnessing tangible results at the end of a project.
