Joe has been with the Finance team since 2019, starting out as maternity cover for our Finance Assistant and is now our Credit Controller based in the Hampshire office and manages client relationships as well as providing support to the Finance team.

Responsibilities

Joe is responsible for monitoring and reporting on staff and project profitability, providing internal training on our timesheet software, raising invoices, and answering all client queries in relation to fees. He helps to improve and maintain the financial function of the business and ensures cashflow projections are met.

Experience

Joe has impeccable customer service skills and his role naturally involves frequent interaction with our clients. He liaises with our planners to ensure all client queries are resolved quickly and smoothly as part of our promise to deliver a top-quality and personable service. He has been involved in a number of projects to improve administrative and financial efficiency which includes the day-to-day management of our invoicing and CRM software.

Highlights

In tandem with his work at Bell Cornwell, Joe owns his own sport training business, combining his business acumen and passion for fitness whilst helping children learn new skills and keep active. With that in mind, Joe appreciates that when planning is done well it allows community led initiatives to thrive and encourages a healthy lifestyle.
